Common Questions

Is this a drawing tool or an order entry tool?
Both, and that’s the point. You place a plan on the chart in two clicks — entry, stop, up to three targets — and the same object can submit it. Drag any line and the working order follows; move a stop after you’re filled and the live stop changes with it. There’s no second window to keep in sync, because there’s no second window.
How does position sizing work?
Pick the model that matches how you actually think about risk: fixed dollar amount, percentage of account, fixed contracts, contracts per unit of equity, or dollars per point. Size is computed from your stop distance and can be commission-aware. Everything is then capped by a hard maximum risk per trade — if one contract already exceeds it, the plan refuses to arm rather than quietly sizing you into it. An on-card stepper lets you override the computed size manually, and it flags when you’ve hit the ceiling.
What stops it from firing an order by accident?
Sending is a deliberate two-step: arm, then confirm. The risk gate has to pass before the send button is live at all. Targets submit as an OCO bracket sliced by your partial percentages, so a fill on one reduces the rest rather than leaving you exposed. Optional discipline settings track your trade count and consecutive losses on the session, if you want the tool to tell you when you’ve had enough.
Can I use it on a live account, and is it configurable enough for prop rules?
It submits real orders through whichever NinjaTrader account you select, so test it in Sim first — that’s on you, not the tool. Maximum risk per trade, sizing model, order types, stop behavior, hotkeys, panel placement, label positioning and color themes are all yours to set. You can also hide the account name entirely if you stream or record.
